The 2007-2008 season marks Tim's ninth season with the HHCS. He holds
music degrees from Wittenberg University (OH) and the University of Oklahoma,
along with studies at Cambridge University (UK), the Britten-Pears School (UK),
and the Hochschule for Musik (Vienna). Tim is also the founding director of the
the Low Country Festival Chorus, the HHCS Chamber Singers, and
creator of the HHCS Youth Choir. He has served on college and
university facilities in Ohio, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Missouri prior to moving
to Hilton Head in 1999.
The HHCS has flourished under Tim's leadership and emphasis on vocal technique,
establishing it as one of the region's premier vocal ensembles known for its
musical excellence and innovative and eclectic programming.
